Procedures.

Will be opening a special file for each task of the tasks that we’re working on your account to give this file a unique number for easy reference when needed by you.

We will provide your with a report at the end of each month includes the work we have under this contract and the number of hours spent, number of hours of work remaining to you.

Reporting.

A notice will be sent to you upon every action taken regarding the case/job; you will receive with all the documents and memorandums submitted by us/opponents. You will receive also a summary of each case at least 48 prior to any procedures at the court except for urgent matters where prompt action is needed to be taken.

Notices and correspondences will be sent through means of fax, email, paid post or by hand depending on the nature and volume of documents

Fees.

Attorney fees will be agreed upon signing the attorney fees agreement between the parties in order to provide legal consultations and legal representation before all court of UAE or any other legal services provided by our law firm to clients.
